For Solo travelers or a couple on budget we have a single room available on ground floor with a separate entrance and facing the jungle for a quite & peaceful experience with complete privacy
This is a one - room unit for not more than 2 people. The room is small & cozy but come with similar amenities including 32 inch LCD TV, an attached bathroom with toiletries, shower panel .
House Manual
- Kindly do not dabble with the knobs in the bathrooms or with any electrical.
- There will be a caretaker at the property to provide you with assistance if you need anything.
- Shimla has a rhesus monkey problem. Please avoid feeding or do not engage with them in any way..
- Kindly adhere to our NO NOISE policy at all times.

House Rules
- Check-in: 2 p.m. Check out: 11 a.m.
- No outside guests or visitors allowed, please.
- Smoking is allowed in the Terrace only.
- We would expect our guests to switch off all electricals, especially heaters, when not in the room.
- We have a strict NO NOISE policy. We would appreciate if guests could avoid making loud noise and ensure no noise should reach outdoors please.
- We would appreciate if guests adhere to the Check Out time (11 a.m.), especially when we have a reservation that day. We would however be happy to offer a late checkout wherever possible. Please check with the caretaker about late checkouts.
- Kindly do not play loud music after 8 p.m. Our guests come for serenity and locals are not fully accustomed to noisy travelers, so kindly maintain the etiquette of the place .
- Refundable security deposit of 7 Thousand is mandatory for group bookings and will be deducted against any breakage, violation of house-rules, especially our no-noise policy.
Cancellations
- Cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund (applicable only if full payment is made).
- Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
- Partial payments are refundable only if cancellation is done one month before the check-in date.
How To Get Here
One can take the Shatabdi Train to Kalka from New Delhi. Then a connecting Toy-Train from Kalka to Shimla. Or one can do the Kalka-Shimla journey in a cab (Ola works too). Volvo bus service from New Delhi is also another good option. (Please check Himachal Bhavan for timings ph: 0172 263 8285.( Both HRTC & HPTC buses ).
New low cost New Delhi -Shimla flights were introduced in 2017. Kindly check with your travel agent for details.
When you enter Shimla take the byepass road . In 500m you will reach the main bus stand ( ISBT).
All interstate buses drop point is ISBT including HRTC Volvo buses. HPTD volvo buses starting point is victory tunnel just 15 min away from ISBT.
Drop point for HPTD buses is bye pass . You can get a cab from here to reach our property in 5 mins The Property is over 200mts away from bustand ( ISBT). Which is 5mins away on foot.
Cabs & tempo travelers can easily reach our property. We have ample free parking space at our property.
